Founder

Vivendum Ratio Solutions is founded by Natasha Aleksovska

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Natasha built her image of a distinctive professional style with high ethical standards. Her experience in human resources includes international and multicultural environments, both public and private enterprises, as well as former public enterprises transformed into private entities.

Proven and successful leadership in companies with change management, by development and implementation of contemporary HR practices – leading towards a close connection of business partners with the goals of the company, through recruitment, development of resources, talent management, performance management, Human Resources Information Systems, as well as internal consulting with the executive management in order to achieve optimal planning, management and utilization of internal potentials and resources.

Broad knowledge and practical experience in budgeting, cost saving analysis and initiatives, organizational realignment, leading change management processes, as well as union and employee relations.
