Established in 2015, Vivendum Ratio Solutions is a consultancy company committed to supporting organizations across the private and public sectors to create change and organizational agility capable of building greater competitive advantage and fulfilling their business strategy.

Complete Transformation

Vivendum have helped us in establishing and implementing a complete transformation of the HR function, starting with a revision of the organizational structure and job systematization, which served as the foundation for the next steps.

I was assigned by the General Director to improve efficiency, reduce employee turnover, and enhance quality in a new department within the same company, where at that time efficiency was at 72%, employee turnover was above 6%, and there were 30–40 quality complaints on a weekly basis.

Through the mentoring and coaching services provided by Natasha Aleksovska, which supported us in setting and monitoring targets, improving communication with employees, problem-solving, building trust, and—most importantly—developing collaboration with other departments, we managed to build a team that was later able to work independently.
