Vivendum Ratio Solutions partnered with a Production Manager in the automotive industry, to enhance leadership and team performance in the production of automotive components.

The manager was tasked by his General Director to improve efficiency, reduce employee turnover, and enhance quality in a new department. He faced challenges due to unfamiliarity with the department’s production processes and team dynamics. At the time, the department’s efficiency was at 72%, employee turnover exceeded 6%, and quality issues resulted in 30–40 weekly complaints.

Vivendum Ratio Solutions provided mentorship and coaching services through our expert, Nataša Aleksovska. We supported the manager in setting and monitoring shift-based, daily, and monthly targets, improving communication with employees, solving problems, and building trust by reviewing every improvement idea and, when feasible, implementing and rewarding them. We also facilitated critical collaboration with other departments, including Quality, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.

Our mentorship enabled the manager to build a team that operated independently under his oversight, achieving remarkable outcomes. Department efficiency improved to 103%, employee turnover dropped to less than 1%, and weekly complaints were reduced to 0–1.
