Complete Transformation
Vivendum have helped us in establishing and implementing a complete transformation of the HR function, starting with a revision of the organizational structure and job systematization, which served as the foundation for the next steps.
Following that, all processes and policies for effective personnel administration were established, including the full set of required documentation as well as the preparation of specifications for the development of HR software tailored to the needs of our processes.
Once these foundations were in place, we collaborated on the implementation of the core HR systems as well as programs and mechanisms for raising awareness of organizational culture in light of the new changes within the company.
The collaboration was exceptionally professional, marked by ongoing communication and continuous support through mentoring and coaching from Vivendum, with the goal of enabling us to gain the knowledge and confidence to independently manage the established system moving forward.

I was assigned by the General Director to improve efficiency, reduce employee turnover, and enhance quality in a new department within the same company, where at that time efficiency was at 72%, employee turnover was above 6%, and there were 30–40 quality complaints on a weekly basis.
Through the mentoring and coaching services provided by Natasha Aleksovska, which supported us in setting and monitoring targets, improving communication with employees, problem-solving, building trust, and—most importantly—developing collaboration with other departments, we managed to build a team that was later able to work independently. As a result, efficiency improved to 103%, employee turnover decreased to less than 1%, and complaints were reduced to 0–1 per week.
